If this is what happens to HP printers after 3/4 years of use, then I will go out and buy a new printer, but u can bet ur bottom dollar it wont be an HP. I've reset the factory setting on the printer, I've even tried WPS set up with my router (not that I have a clue that I know what on earth I'm doing) still to no avail.

I then downloaded a driver set wizard set up only to find my device not listed (must be something to do with the wireless setting on the printer) then if u press on 'my device is not listed' it opens a new page which tells you to make sure the printer is in HP Auto Wiress Connect Set Up - I cannot find that feature on my printer!

Their website sends you round in circles to 123.hp.com or hp support website, or finally the hp assistant (last one only PC supported). I tried Scan doctor only to find it supports PC and not Mac, another 15mins wasted I've seen a message that said Web Services ceased in Sept 16, is that a reason for this issue? If so, that's a pig - I am not buying a new printer every 3 dod **bleep** years! I've just wasted the last 3hours of my life which I will never get back, trawling HP's site for help and advice.
